Lusine Bagasyan-Tonoyan
Lusine Bagasyan-Tonoyan is a Trustee at Open Borders Institute and a seasoned leader in technical program management, with over a decade of experience at the intersection of innovation, systems thinking, and organizational development.
She currently serves as Staff Technical Program Manager at Synopsys Inc., where she leads complex software delivery pipelines, quality assurance systems, and cross-functional strategic initiatives. Her work includes aligning R&D and DevOps teams, implementing ISO 9001 standards, leading KPI automation, and managing high-stakes release cycles across global teams.
Prior to Synopsys, Lusine held multiple senior roles at Picsart Armenia, where she specialized in business process automation, change management, and internal systems transformation. Her leadership spanned new-hire lifecycle design, access and identity management, vendor integration, and stakeholder engagement with C-level teams.
With a strong foundation in Agile methodologies, roadmapping, and data-driven decision-making, Lusine is known for her ability to translate complexity into clarity — bridging technology and operations to achieve impact.
