Eleonora Begoyan is the Co-founder and President of Open Borders Institute of Peace, Democracy, and Development. With a career rooted in public finance, international development, and women’s empowerment, she brings over a decade of experience leading mission-driven initiatives that intersect humanitarian action, policy reform, and systemic innovation.

She holds a Master’s in Public Finance Management and is currently an Executive MBA candidate at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. Eleonora also earned a Master’s in Luxury Fashion Management from NABA in Milan and completed advanced studies in Sustainable e-Government at Linköping University in Sweden.

Trained by the OSCE and UNODA in peace and security, she holds a conflict prevention and resolution license (OSCE License ID 14-3160-0619), with a professional focus on Europe and the Middle East. Her experience spans non-profit leadership, startup management, international training, and public-private partnerships.

At her core, Eleonora is a system builder and a philanthropist — passionate about helping others, creating sustainable impact, and designing better institutions for peace, dignity, and inclusive progress.
